Registered Nurse - RN
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care in a high-pressure environment, providing clinical guidance to staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the department, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing and medical staff.
- Ensure adherence to all healthcare policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- At least five years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Experience with healthcare regulatory compliance and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
