Registered Nurse (RN)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on promoting patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with laws, regulations, and standards. Responsibilities: Conduct ongoing patient assessments, revise care plans based on condition changes, provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, and ensure care aligns with departmental policies and objectives. Qualifications: Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree), active RN license in the applicable state, CPR certification, with preferred experience in skilled nursing. Must demonstrate excellent customer service, good judgment, and effective communication within an interdisciplinary team.
