Position Summary

Join Our Specialized Neuro-Rehabilitation Teams! Join our specialized neuro-rehabilitation units, 4 West and 2 East, where you will make a profound impact on the lives of patients recovering from complex spinal cord and brain injuries.

What We Are Looking For

• Licensure & Certification: Current Colorado RN license required, BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required, ACLS and relevant specialty certification (CNRN or CRRN) preferred
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program required, BSN required within 18 months of hire (CCNE or NLNAC-accredited program) preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN experience preferred, Experience in neuroscience, acute med-surg, or rehabilitation strongly desired

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care aligned with Craig’s standards and the ANA Code of Ethics
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on care plans, goals, and long-term self-management techniques
• Career Development: Supervise and delegate to unlicensed staff and students as appropriate, Support orientation of new staff and participate in precepting when assigned
• Participate in Shared Governance, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities
• Contribute to a supportive, respectful, and team-oriented unit culture
