Registered Nurse (RN)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities: Evaluate patient needs through assessments, revise care plans as conditions change, provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, and ensure the highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of patients in compliance with laws and standards. Maintain excellent customer service and positive patient interactions, interpret departmental policies, and collaborate effectively within a team. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s), active RN license in good standing, CPR certification, and preferably one year of skilled nursing experience. Must demonstrate reasoning, judgment, and strong communication skills, and exhibit a positive attitude towards patients. Key Duties: Implement departmental policies, assess and monitor patient conditions, revise care plans, provide clinical supervision, and ensure quality care delivery aligned with standards and regulations.
