Pay Rate: $32.28 - $53.50 based on relevant experience + $4.50 shift differential if applicable.

About the Role
This position is responsible for assessing patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation, and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care provided by the nursing team. Provides technical nursing care and interventions to Behavioral Health patients across multiple age populations, including child through geriatric, demonstrating understanding of functional/developmental age needs. Requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. Includes floating to other units to provide patient care during behavioral health crises. Expected to demonstrate behavior consistent with Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement Process/Patient Safety Plan.
Requirements
- Graduate of an RN School of Nursing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current State RN license
- Non-exempt hourly pay status

- BSN degree
