Affirmed Home Care is hiring Per Diem Registered Nurses throughout Westchester County to provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our nurses have the opportunity to focus on one patient at a time, allowing you to use your clinical expertise while building meaningful connections with the individuals and families you serve.

Compensation

• $55.00/hour for hourly cases
• $125.00/visit for nursing visit cases

Schedule

• Flexible per diem scheduling
• 12-hour day and overnight shifts available

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience
• Active New York State RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Physical exam completed within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
• Valid driver’s license preferred
