Registered Nurse (RN) - Assistant Living

About the role

This position involves providing direct care to residents, maintaining timely documentation, and collaborating with medical personnel to ensure quality care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Keep timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuring that quality care is provided
• Interact with the resident's physician, pharmacist, and medical personnel as needed
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in the Resident Care Plan, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility
• Participate in and attend all required in-service training and education sessions as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned
