Registered Nurse (RN) Assisted Living

About the role

As an Assisted Living Nurse at The McAuley, you'll be an integral part of our resident's healthcare journey. You'll provide compassionate care and contribute to the coordination of care along the health care continuum.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and staff members to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care plans.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately and timely.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain competency in nursing practices and resident care.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut, BSN preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of Home Health Care experience.
• CPR certification.
