About the role

Atrium Health Huntersville Surgery Center offers comfortable, intimate surroundings for outpatient surgery with four outpatient surgery suites equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technology and fully equipped pre‑ and post‑operative care areas, focusing on a high level of care in a private outpatient setting. The freestanding ASC in North Charlotte, Huntersville, NC provides a broad range of surgical services including ENT, orthopedic, eye, hernia/gallbladder, breast, gynecology, plastic, and urology procedures. Responsibilities

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. You will apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication skills while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum of care.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association

Qualifications

• Previous Operating Room experience strongly preferred
