Registered Nurse (RN) | All Shifts | As Needed

Role Overview Provides comprehensive nursing care by accurately assessing residents' health, educational, and environmental needs upon admission and ongoing. Develops and updates individualized care plans through interdisciplinary collaboration, involving physicians, residents, families, and team members. Executes nursing interventions such as medication administration, treatments, and IV therapy safely and promptly, ensuring proper documentation. Utilizes critical thinking to address residents' changing conditions, communicates effectively with physicians using SBARR, and maintains professionalism during crises. Monitors care delivery for effectiveness, identifies issues, and employs QAPI processes for problem resolution. Supports residents with activities of daily living, responds to call lights, and stays current on nursing best practices. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Registered nurse with current licensure in the applicable stateGraduate of an accredited nursing programCPR/AED certification required or willing to obtain within six monthsCritical thinking, excellent communication, time management, and organizational skillsPhysical ability to stand, walk, lift, and transfer patients, and operate equipment safelyManual dexterity, visual acuity, and electronic documentation skillsExperience in long-term care preferred
