Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice complies with State and Federal guidelines.
• Review all referrals for consultation, treatment, or resolution of problems to ensure they are valid and applicable to documented nurse plans.
• Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure care plans are met.
• Implement physician’s orders, nursing interventions, and procedures as needed for resident care.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels.
• Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare’s nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long‑term health‑care facility is a plus.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Base pay range: $36.00‑$44.00 per hour, plus shift differentials. Bonuses or other incentives may be offered separately and are paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. Offers consider overall experience, qualifications, location, certifications, and training.
