Registered Nurse RN Adults
Day Shift RN (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) in the Acute Adult Inpatient program. This position will float as needed to other units based on needs, including dual diagnosis, crisis stabilization, and acute inpatient adolescent programs. A $20,000 bonus is available for Full Time RNs.
About the Role
At Three Rivers Behavioral Health, a 136-bed facility located in West Columbia, SC, we provide a secure environment focused on healing, hope, treatment, and recovery. Three Rivers offers psychiatric, detoxification/rehabilitation, and dual diagnosis treatment through inpatient services for adolescents and adults. Outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program for psychiatric day treatment and an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program with day and evening sessions.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the Acute Adult Inpatient program.
- Float to other units as needed, including dual diagnosis, crisis stabilization, and acute inpatient adolescent programs.
Qualifications
- Current license or permit to practice as a registered nurse in the state of employment.

- Hourly shift differentials:
- Weekday 2nd shift: $6.25
- Weekend 2nd shift: $9.00
- Weekday 3rd shift: $7.00
- Weekend 3rd shift: $10.00
- Weekend 1st shift: $8.00
