About the role

Provide high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Serve as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers. Uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and safety while supporting performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Current BLS certification.
