Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult IV Therapy (Part Time)

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team. Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to promote positive outcomes.Delivering safe, effective care in accordance with policies and documentation standards.Acting as a patient advocate by listening to concerns, providing education, and communicating with families and care team members.Participating in performance improvement initiatives and contributing ideas for process enhancements.Maintaining professional competence through ongoing education and certifications.Fostering professional growth by mentoring colleagues and supporting a positive work environment.Adhering to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, and supporting shared governance activities. Qualifications And Skills Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), with instructor certification preferred.Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
