Registered Nurse RN Adolescents
At Three Rivers Behavioral Health, a 136-bed facility located in West Columbia, SC, we provide psychiatric, detoxification/rehabilitation, and dual diagnosis treatment through inpatient services for adolescents and adults. Our outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program offering psychiatric day treatment for adults and an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program with day and evening sessions.
About the role
This position is for a Day Shift Registered Nurse (RN) working 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM in the Adolescent Inpatient Program. The role includes floating to other units as needed, including dual diagnosis, crisis stabilization, and acute inpatient adult programs. A $20,000 bonus is available for full-time RNs.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within the Adolescent Inpatient Program.
- Float to other units based on needs, including dual diagnosis, crisis stabilization, and acute inpatient adult programs.
- Deliver excellent care, comfort, and security to patients and families during vulnerable times.
Requirements
- Current license or permit to practice as a registered nurse in the state of employment.

- Hourly shift differentials:
- Weekday 2nd shift: $6.25
- Weekend 2nd shift: $9.00
- Weekday 3rd shift: $7.00
- Weekend 3rd shift: $10.00
- Weekend 1st shift: $8.00
Pay
A $20,000 bonus is available for full-time RNs. Shift differentials are provided as listed above.
