About the role
Join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patients' physical and psychological conditions
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Maintaining a safe therapeutic environment aligned with organizational values
- Active participation in patient care
- Documentation
- Collaboration within the treatment team
Requirements
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Preferably a BSN
- Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatments
- Experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient settings
- Experience with restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention (preferred)
- CPR certification
- Understanding of trauma-informed care
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally

Pay
