About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based practice, clinical expertise, and compassionate care delivery in an acute care setting. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, advocates for patient needs, and upholds professional practice standards to promote optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care across the continuum by leveraging the nursing process, administering treatments per protocol, and adapting care based on patient needs.
• Collaborate effectively with the care team while maintaining accurate documentation, supporting quality and safety initiatives, and upholding professional standards, ethics, and ongoing development (including flexibility to float as needed).

Requirements

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing–approved nursing program
• Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific based on practice location)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience

• Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
