About the Role

Provide high-quality patient care within a team environment. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while serving as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.
  • Deliver safe, effective care aligned with policies and procedures.
  • Advocate for patients, addressing concerns and educating families.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
  • Mentor and foster growth of other nurses, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Maintain professional licenses and certifications, pursue ongoing development.
  • Contribute to a culture of confidentiality, safety, and professionalism.
  • Support shared governance and quality initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire.
  • Experience in direct patient care preferred.
