About the Role
Provide high-quality patient care within a team environment. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while serving as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.
- Deliver safe, effective care aligned with policies and procedures.
- Advocate for patients, addressing concerns and educating families.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
- Mentor and foster growth of other nurses, promoting a positive work environment.
- Maintain professional licenses and certifications, pursue ongoing development.
- Contribute to a culture of confidentiality, safety, and professionalism.
- Support shared governance and quality initiatives.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire.
- Experience in direct patient care preferred.
