About the role

A registered nurse responsible for delivering quality patient care within a team environment, serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions, coordinate care plans, and prioritize patient flow.
  • Advocate for patients, address concerns, and provide health education to patients and families.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
  • Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications; pursue ongoing education and leadership development.
  • Mentor and support peers, foster a positive work environment, and promote the nursing profession.
  • Support shared governance, contribute to process improvements, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing preferred.
  • Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
  • Required certifications include BLS (Basic Life Support) upon hire.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and leadership skills.

Additional Duties

  • Support performance improvement, contribute to a positive team culture, and perform other assigned tasks in line with organizational policies.
