Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Oncology (PRN)

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality nursing care in a hospital setting, primarily during night shifts. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; collaborate with care teams; prioritize patient flow; document assessments and care activities; advocate for patients and communicate with families and providers. Key Duties: Participate in performance improvement initiatives; maintain professional standards; support shared governance; foster professional growth through mentorship and development; contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications: Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred); current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; at least one year of nursing experience required for PRN roles.
