Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Oncology (PRN)

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a healthcare team, primarily during night shifts on a PRN basis. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient progress.Advocate for patients, addressing concerns and educating families on health issues.Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.Mentor peers and promote a positive work environment.Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and professional ethics. Qualifications & Skills Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred).Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Minimum of one year of nursing experience required for PRN roles.Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.Commitment to professional development and ongoing education.
