Clinical Nurse providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Performs comprehensive nursing assessments, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized care using evidence-based practices
- Collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams, partners with patients and families, and promotes cultural competence
- Coordinates documentation and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards
- Supports performance improvement, mentors staff, and participates in research and protocol development
- Upholds organizational policies and standards, including legal and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of current RN direct patient care experience
- Licensure as RN (single or multi-state)
- BLS certification
- Relevant educational background (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Demonstrates teamwork, critical thinking, and commitment to professional development
