Responsibilities
- Execute the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking
- Deliver relationship-based care tailored to diverse patient populations
- Foster collaboration through effective communication and documentation
- Support resource management and contribute to protocol development to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives
- Support evidence-based research
- Comply with policies and participate in quality initiatives

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
- Current RN licensure (single or multi-state)
- BLS certification
- Less than one year of clinical experience or recent nursing education
