Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and nursing interventions
- Complete patient assessments and monitor progress
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality standards
- Promote patient safety through adherence to established clinical protocols
Work areas include ER, ICU, Med/Surg, OB, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Transitional Care.
Schedule
- Full-time, three 12-hour shifts
- Rotating day/night shifts every 6 weeks
- Weekend and holiday rotation required
Qualifications
- Current RN License (Montana or compact)
- BLS certification
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting wage: $31.63+/hour (based on experience) with differentials available
