Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Full Time

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. You will serve as a key communicator between patients, families, and care teams, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and advocacy. Responsibilities include participating in performance improvement initiatives, maintaining professional competence, and supporting shared governance activities. You will coordinate patient care, document assessments and interventions, and promote a positive care environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to professional growth and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards

Key Duties

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assisting with care plans
• Deliver safe, effective patient care in accordance with policies
• Advocate for patient needs and ensure satisfaction
• Participate in quality improvement and organizational initiatives
• Mentor and support fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment
