About the Role

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care within a collaborative team, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and care providers, ensuring patient-centered care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, evidence-based care.
• Coordinate patient flow, document assessments, and communicate care plans effectively.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support organizational goals, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and engage in ongoing development.
• Mentor and support colleagues, promote professionalism, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred) or Diploma.
• Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
