Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Assist with basic patient care activities such as bathing, feeding, and medication administration.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from a recognized agency.
• Successful completion of a CNA course within the last 2 years.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
