Role Overview The registered nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, the RN fosters a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions to support care planning and promote well-being.Deliver safe, effective care according to policies and document all assessments, interventions, and incidents.Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring satisfaction.Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and industry engagement.Lead and mentor fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment and professional growth.Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, promoting shared governance and integrity. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.Active RN license, with multi-state licensure (RN-COMPACT) preferred.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Experience with direct patient care preferred.
