About the role

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist in care planning and take appropriate actions to promote outcomes.
• Deliver safe, effective care per policies, documenting assessments, care provided, and incidents accurately.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and maintaining communication with care teams.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and supporting organizational goals.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development and leadership growth.
• Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment aligned with shared governance principles.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred; relevant certifications required upon hire.
• Current RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and other required credentials.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to professional standards and patient advocacy.
