Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care and monitor patient conditions; document assessments and interventions; advocate for patient needs; communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff; participate in performance improvement initiatives; and support professional growth and mentorship. Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; valid RN license (multi-state or single-state); current BLS certification; and all certifications required upon hire. Skills & Duties: Deliver safe, effective care; maintain confidentiality and safety standards; contribute to a positive work environment; uphold professional standards; engage in ongoing education; and support shared governance and organizational initiatives. Additional Information: Full-time role with night shift, emphasizing patient-centered care, quality improvement, and professional development.
