Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care as part of a collaborative care team. Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to promote optimal outcomes.Serving as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, and providing education to patients and families.Collaborating with healthcare providers and maintaining accurate documentation of care and patient conditions.Participating in performance improvement initiatives and supporting organizational goals.Mentoring and fostering growth among nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment.Maintaining professional competence through ongoing training and certification renewal.Supporting shared governance and adhering to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred).Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support).Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
