Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Role Summary The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking. Key Responsibilities Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, involving patients and their families in care planning.Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective communication and teamwork, supporting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities to enhance care quality and safety.Engage in professional development, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and promote evidence-based practice and research utilization.Assist in developing protocols, optimize resource use, and support care across the continuum to improve outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s Degree in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), valid RN license, and multi-state licensure.Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and BLS Instructor required.Less than one year of clinical experience preferred, with strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
