Responsibilities
Registered Nurse, RN works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidenced based medicine and individualized patient care. A Registered Nurse, RN is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.
Requirements
- Graduate from a state accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license required.
- For Staff Registered Nurse positions within specialty area, prior employment experience in the appropriate clinical setting is preferred.
- Position requires RN to be familiar with hospital and department policies and procedures, accepted methods of requisitioning ancillary department service work, and familiarity with the medical staff.
- Must maintain current nursing knowledge and BLS certification and required CEU’s for relicensure.
- Articulates and demonstrates commitment to the philosophy, values, mission and vision of MGHP.
Schedule
Full time, Day Shift: 72 hours per pay period, 7a‑7:30p every other weekend and rotating holidays in accordance with the CBA.
