GENERAL SUMMARY
Shift: 7p - 7:30a
Eligible for Sign On Bonus up to $20,000.
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

Acute care services are complemented by more than 40 community-based outpatient service locations. Responsibilities
- Shift: 7p - 7:30a
- Eligible for Sign On Bonus up to $20,000.
- Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
- Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
- Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
- Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year inpatient ICU or Progressive Care Unit experience preferred.
- Education: BSN preferred. If ADN, must be willing to enroll in a BSN program within 3 years, obtain your BSN within 5 years.
- Experience: Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program within 3 years of hire. Completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years of hire.
- Licenses/Certifications: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience with cardiac monitoring, titrating vasoactive drips, post-code care
- Professional Certifications to support a culture of nursing excellence
- Participation in Professional Advancement Ladder (PAL)
