Registered Nurse - Med Surg - 36 hours - Midnights
About the role
The 6th Floor is a 48-bed Medical–Surgical Unit that provides comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. Our nurses are multi‑faceted professionals who support patients through many phases of care. Patients on our unit are treated for a wide range of diseases, conditions, and injuries, including post‑surgical recovery, acute infectious diseases requiring intravenous antibiotic therapy, and exacerbations of chronic illnesses. We also provide compassionate care and comfort for patients requiring end‑of‑life support.
What sets us apart
Our commitment to growth and adaptability. Both new graduate nurses and seasoned nurses are welcomed and supported as they develop knowledge and skills that prepare them to thrive in a constantly evolving healthcare environment. This adaptable skill set not only strengthens our unit but also helps nurses advance into other roles within our department or succeed in new areas across the organization.
Team culture
Our team is friendly, welcoming, and supportive. We pride ourselves on fostering a family‑like environment where collaboration, mentorship, and mutual respect are at the heart of everything we do. We value our team members and are always excited to welcome new nurses to our 6th Floor family.
