REGISTERED NURSE RN - 5 MAIN - TELEMETRY

Job Summary

Responsible for providing direct care on 5 Main, a Medical/ Surgical/Cardiovascular Telemetry unit that provides acute nursing care to various patient populations. Duties include utilizing the nursing process, excellent customer service skills, communication skills, flexibility, quality improvement activities, and professional growth.

Education

• Minimum: Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program
• PREFERRED: Bachelor Degree in Nursing

Registration/Certification/Licensure

• Current PA RN license
• Healthcare Provider CPR
• ACLS completed within one year of hire/transfer

Experience

• Minimum: Clinical rotation through educational program
• PREFERRED: Clinical experience evident within the past 3 years or completion of refresher course within the last year
