About the Role
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a supportive and positive environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and uphold professional standards.
- Develop others and support Shared Governance through service on councils or activities.
- Maintain confidentiality, safety, and competence in clinical practice.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license (Georgia or multi-state compact).
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
- ACLS, PALS, or NRP required within 6 months (select units).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s of Nursing.
- Applicable specialty certification.
