Registered Nurse RN - $40.55 per hour

Starting wages: $37.15 per hour plus $3.40 per hour hero pay, totaling $40.55 per hour. Yearly wage increases available.

Our Registered Nurses are part of a skilled nursing team providing specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess patient needs, implement care, and utilize the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families on medication or treatment plan changes.
• Provide preventative and supportive care for patients' physiologic and psychosocial well-being.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with patients, families, and visitors.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including direction, assignments, training, recognition, and evaluations.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse License in Michigan (REQUIRED).
• Current CPR-BLS certification (REQUIRED).
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or higher).
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare care plans and implement effective nursing care.
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering compassionate, innovative care.

Pay

$40.55 per hour (starting wages: $37.15 per hour plus $3.40 per hour hero pay).

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts, including rotating weekends and some holidays.
• Afternoons needed: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.
• Days also available.
