About the role
As the Registered Nurse (RN), your essential job responsibilities include:
- Assessing the health care needs of the resident, make a nursing diagnosis, transition this, through collaboration with the nursing team, into an interdisciplinary plan of care utilizing all resources available.
- Establish and maintain functional communications with staff, other disciplines, residents, families, medical staff and community.
- Lead and direct the nursing staff in the safe, effective delivery of care.
- Knowledge of and apply knowledge regarding the protection of resident rights, and the treatment of residents, staff and community with respect and dignity.
- Treating resident and facility property and information with honesty, confidentiality and respect.

Requirements
Qualifications for the Registered Nurse (RN):
- A current unencumbered RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills including an electronic health record, PCC is a plus!

Skills
Skills required for the Registered Nurse (RN):
- Broad scope of knowledge commiserates with experience to address the needs of the medically complex as well as the mentally compromised residents.
- Knowledge to assess the effect of medications and treatments and monitor these effects to provide appropriate feedback.

Pay
Range from $41.00 to $55.50 per hour with differentials for full time and part time. Sign on Bonus of $6000 (Prorated for Part Time).
Schedule
We are looking for RNs who work: 3:00PM to 11:30 PM.
