Responsibilities
- Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by the attending physician.
- Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines.
- Document EMR assessments, evaluations, and condition changes per nursing practices.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders.
- Evaluate and implement a patient’s care plan.
- Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by subordinate staff.
- Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in‑serviced and incorporated into patient care delivery.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
