Schedule
- Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Pay
- $12,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Shift differential pay (at participating locations)

Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of nursing with high motivation
- Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
- Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs
- Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
- Assign nursing care to team members according to resident needs and team capabilities
- Administer medications and start IVs
- Perform treatments for assigned residents and document as required
- Ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained safely
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
- One year of nursing experience is preferred
- Valid RN license
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Effective communication with residents, family members, and all levels of the organization
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
- Must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
