Spring Valley Health and Rehabilitation seeks compassionate and thoughtful individuals who share our passion for exceptional care in senior living. We partner with a network of skilled nursing centers to support a small team environment of caring professionals.
Responsibilities
- Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
- Provides services that exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
- Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders
- Sets up nursing care assignments based on residents' needs and team members' capabilities
- Administers medications
- Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
- Documents treatments as required
- Ensures supplies are used efficiently and equipment is clean and maintained safely
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
- One year of nursing experience is preferred
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Valid CPR certification

- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Effective communication skills with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
- Decisive reaction in emergency situations
- Maintain confidentiality
- Training techniques for clinical staff knowledge
