Schedule

Full‑time, Day shift. 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Performance Improvement Model to enhance organizational processes and outcomes.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives across departments.
• Collect, analyze, and report performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Use statistical methods and benchmark data to create comprehensive quality reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive performance improvement efforts.
• Manage data collection and ensure the accuracy and integrity of submitted data.
• Develop data reports for various projects, committees, and departments.
• Participate in hospital‑wide quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with other departments.
• Implement Risk Management and Patient Safety Plan objectives to mitigate potential risks.
• Review, maintain, and track responses to event reports to ensure timely follow‑up and standard of care assignment.
• Maintain the event reporting database with integrity and standardization, consistent with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Report potential risk management concerns and collaborate with relevant departments to address them.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Experience: 1 + year position‑related experience (required); 2 + years (preferred)
• Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse (RN) (required); Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) (preferred)
• Physical Requirements: see Physical Requirements
• Background Screening: Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, may be required.

Pay

Salary range: $66,248.00 – $109,740.80
