Registered Nurse - Rheumatology | Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care, perform patient assessments, deliver education, triage, and execute various nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age-specific standards and licensing requirements.
• Follow the Nurse Practice Act, administrative rules, and the American Nurses Association's Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Maintain required licensure, competencies, and certifications.

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Effective collaboration and communication with healthcare teams.
• Knowledge of nursing standards and ethical practices.
