Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and adapt personalized care plans, acting as the primary advocate for your patients by communicating critical condition changes in real-time.
• Serve as the central hub of the clinical team to harmonize efforts across multiple disciplines and ensure a seamless, well-coordinated healthcare journey.
• Expertly translate physician and nursing orders into high-quality clinical actions, ensuring safety and accuracy are at the forefront of everything you do.
• Guide patients beyond our walls as you collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and coordinate thoughtful, comprehensive discharge plans.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
