Responsibilities

• Translate physician and nursing orders into high-quality clinical actions.
• Act as the central hub of the clinical team to ensure coordinated care.
• Advocate for patients by communicating updates in real-time.
• Collaborate on comprehensive discharge planning and patient education.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Kansas Board of Nursing.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of employment, accepted from AHA or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or professional licensure at hire.
