Registered Nurse - Resource Pool

Role Overview: The Resource Pool RN provides skilled nursing care across multiple units, including med/surg, mother-baby, outpatient surgery, emergency, and progressive care, after comprehensive training and orientation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate nursing care, direct patient care, patient/family education, and care transitions.Support professional nursing practices across various settings to meet patient and family needs.Function within the nursing care model, managing planning, implementation, evaluation, and communication of care.Provide leadership through precepting, informal roles, and quality improvement initiatives.Delegate patient care based on skill, experience, acuity, and resource availability.Exhibit excellent communication, mentoring, and teaching skills, and participate in committees or projects. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program.Current MN RN license.BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.Preferably, one year of RN or LPN experience in relevant care settings. Additional Details: This role is eligible for TN sponsorship, requires state licensure, and completion of VisaScreen or similar certification.
