Registered Nurse – Residential Care

Role: Registered Nurse in a Residential Living Center. Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based, compassionate care to adult and elderly residents with diverse medical and functional needs. Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage wound care, IV therapies, and conduct ongoing monitoring. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, support safe transitions, and educate patients and families. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing license required. Strong clinical skills in assessment, medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and continuous learning.
