About the role

Provide compassionate care to patients in the Renal Urology unit at Northside Hospital Gwinnett. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as per physician’s orders
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current RN license in Georgia
• One year of acute care nursing experience preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills

Skills

• Proficient in electronic health record systems
• Knowledge of renal and urological conditions
