Registered Nurse - Relo Assistance Available

About the role

We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Delivering direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled procedures.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living to ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervising and directing nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitoring residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting changes to physicians and responsible parties.
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Completing accurate clinical documentation and coordinating resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participating in quality assurance, staff education, and regulatory surveys.
• Performing other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications and skills

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or charge nurse roles preferred.
• Strong clinical observation, medication, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
• Effective communication skills, ability to prioritize, and sound clinical judgment.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications.
